Only poster abstracts are now being accepted. Talk abstract submission is closed. If an abstract was submitted during pre-registration there is no need to resubmit it. Poster abstract review will occur 1-2 weeks after submission. An e-mail regarding abstract acceptance will follow on that timescale.

Your registration fee includes a single banquet ticket as well as daily continental breakfast and buffet lunch. There will be a brunch on the last day. Additional banquet tickets for guests are available for purchase below.

Options/Events:
You may purchase additional banquet tickets for guests. Banquet tickets for children ages 6 to 17 are discounted. There is no cost for children ages 5 and under to attend the banquet. Guests are welcome to attend the opening reception at no cost, but please indicate the total number of people in your party that are expected to attend.

We have also planned a group excursion (a 2-hr sunset jeep tour; more information). If you are interested in the jeep tour please indicate this below. In order to obtain the group rate of $55 (adult) and $46 (children under 12) a group of at least 25 is needed. If there is sufficient interest, an e-mail with information on how to submit payment on a later date will follow. To participate in the jeep tour, payment will be needed by May 15 .
