Sedona is an amazing place. One really needs to get out into the desert and backcountry to truly appreciate its remarkable red rock beauty, flora, fauna, and remnants of ancient peoples.
We have planned an optional group excursion to do just that - a sunset jeep tour for the evening of Tuesday June 22nd. Sedona is famous for jeep tours. The meeting will adjourn a little early on this day and the jeeps will arrive at the resort to pick up participants at 5:45pm. The tour is approximately 2 hours (6:00-8:00pm) and will be returning after sunset.
We have selected a tour that is not too extreme, but will offer plenty of bumpy fun, scenic views, and a classic Sedona sunset (we could only arrange for the solar mass variety). Something that that everyone will enjoy. Children as young as 18 months are allowed. Car seats for children under 5 are available.
We have a negotiated a group rate of $55 US for adults and $46 US for children under 12. This cost is inclusive of taxes and gratuity and represents a discount of 28% from the standard adult price. To get this rate requires a group of at least 25. If you are interested in the jeep tour please indicate your interest during registration. Assuming there is sufficient interest, an e-mail with information on how to submit payment on a later date will follow. To participate in the jeep tour, payment will be needed by May 15th.
