Sedona ClimateSedona, Arizona has a very pleasant year-round climate. Located 4,400 feet above sea level, Sedona is about half way in elevation between the Colorado Plateau to the north, and the Sonoran Desert to the south. Sedona is always about 20°F cooler than Phoenix and about 15°F warmer than Flagstaff. June is sunny 85% of the time and the very comfortable temperatures have an average high (low) of 91°F (57°F).
